Who We Are
President - David J. McAfee
David's interest in salvage, recycling, and demolition began while growing up in the office of East Tulsa Truck Parts as his father repurposed automobiles and heavy haul trucks. David attended Texas A&M and the University of Oklahoma which landed him in a construction management position with Tulsa based Bass Construction and Sooner Construction as Superintendnent of various projects local, and out of state. David established DT Specialized Services, Inc. in 2002 after managing finances and field crews for eight years between the two. He is an aviator, property developer, rock crusher, and father in his spare time from DT.
Director of Project Development - Lora Lockhart
Lora, a self-motivated collegiate athlete is proof that demolition is not a man's world. Graduating from Pittsburg State University she began her construction career working for Flintco, LLC (Alberici) in 2008. She expanded her construction career working for GCC Midcontinent Concrete as a sales professional, while developing a working knowledge of the supplier and sales positions in the concrete ready-mix industry. Lora now manages the estimating and pre-demolition services at DT along with project specific management. Lora is a business woman ready to talk about your next project.
Director of Operations - Jeff Overbeck
Jeff, a Buffalo, New York native began his DT career in 2007 after having completed a tenure in the seat of many, many machines for well-known heavy civil contractors like, Cambria Contracting and Becco Contractors from 2003-2006. He spent some time back home at Total Wrecking pursuing demolition projects as an estimator in 2014 during their reorganization period. Jeff is now grounded at DT in the role of field direction, as well as continuing his hobbies as a musician, Harley rider, and father.
Senior Project Manager - Harrison Williams
Harrison is a 2008 graduate of Oklahoma State University's Construction Management program. He began his career as a construction manager for Nabholz Construction over a five year tenure after college, and become a well known face to the Tulsa area construction leaders. Harrison has five years of experience as a demolition estimator and project manager for all facets of the industry. DT is excited to have him in a leadership role with his recently completed University of Nebraska Lincoln project which consisted of estimating and project managing the implosion of two thirteen story structures for the university, Cather and Pound Halls.
Estimator - Jeremy Hall
Jeremy, also a graduate of Oklahoma State University, began his career with Yaffe Companies, as a General Manager for the Bartlesville, Oklahoma recycling facility for five years. He joined the DT team in August of 2017 as an estimator. Jeremy also plays a key role in safety management, while maintaining employee training logs and licenses for our crew members and company as a whole.
Office Manager - Kim Horton
Kim is a Webb City, Missouri native who relocated to Oklahoma and became a key employee to DT in 2013. She tracks and manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, pay roll, and human resources for all employees.
